Linknbit was responsible for the complete redesign and development of our website. I had an existing site that was outdated and didn’t reflect the premium brand image I envisioned. Linknbit started with a discovery phase based on the content and direction I provided, then designed the full website in Figma (desktop and mobile). Once finalized, the design was developed into a responsive WordPress site using Elementor.

The website focused heavily on lead generation, with a dedicated Fix & Finish™ page, strategic CTA placements, and integrated scheduling tools. Linknbit also handled deployment, QA, and launch.

They were highly responsive to feedback and made adjustments quickly when needed. Despite the custom design and integration requirements, they delivered everything and ensured the final result reflected exactly what we set out to build.

What impressed me about Linknbit—especially Asfandyar—was how closely they involved me throughout the project. I was kept in the loop at every stage, and my feedback was taken seriously before moving forward. 

The design process wasn’t rushed; nothing was finalized until I gave the green light. Their ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, along with their responsiveness and collaborative approach, truly stood out. It felt like they genuinely cared about the outcome, not just delivering a finished product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Linknbit could have done differently?

There was an initial delay in delivering the first design concept. Linknbit positions itself as a no-BS team of A+ players—but I’ll admit, it felt like there was a bit of BS at the start. That said, it was later clarified that the delay was due to their focus on presenting a high-quality design that aligned with my vision, which I appreciated in hindsight. Additionally, the overall project took longer than originally communicated. It didn’t cause major issues for me, but better upfront communication around timelines would’ve helped manage expectations more effectively.

Honestly, I don’t think this project could have been handled much better. I was very satisfied with how structured everything was. They did an incredible frontend UI in Figma, later they deployed the site on Wordpress with exceptionally responsive interface that was also mobile-friendly. Later we had to change the site identity and service offers we promoted on the site and they practically redesigned this and helped creating an engaging new sitemap for our offers.

Linkbit created a 10-page website from scratch that nails all web performance KPIs we set as an objective whilst featuring a responsive, fast and stylish design. They did it less than 2 weeks with revision buffers of another 1,5 week leading to an overall project completion of a month (due to quite complex design variations & content adjustment).

The project management was fantastic, They were accomodating and met all my requirements. Their time management was great as well as i got what i wanted even before the deadlines and had enough space to adjustments.

Their ability to communicate was beyond expectations. Linknbit had initiative to engage us before us needing to come to them ensuring. To have that level of discipline was definitely what we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Linknbit could have done differently?

Not that I can think of currently. As the project we contracted them for was only to design a website for us and even so they went beyond our expectations.
