Linkability is a founder-led boutique team built around one principle: clients should never feel handed off. Kim leads strategy and remains the primary point of contact throughout every engagement. She is supported by a long-standing team of specialists in Idaho and Colorado who are brought in as needed for targeting, content, campaign execution, and client support. We keep onboarding straightforward and highly personalized. It begins with a conversation with Kim to understand your goals, current business development process, resources, and where we can create the most value. From there, we prepare a clear scope of work outlining the recommended direction. Once you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a personalized assessment and invoice so we can gather the information, existing materials, and insights needed to build the strategy around your business. Once those are returned, our team gets to work. Initial drafts and recommendations are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the scope of the engagement. You’ll have an opportunity to review everything before implementation begins. Kim remains directly involved in the strategy and is your primary point of contact throughout the engagement, while our experienced support team handles the execution behind the scenes. Our goal is to get you moving quickly without rushing the foundational work that makes the strategy effective.

Every engagement is tailored to the client, but we follow a clear process designed to keep things moving. We begin with a conversation with Kim to understand your goals, current business development process, and where we can create the most value. From there, we provide a scope of work, personalized assessment, and invoice. Once we receive the completed assessment and materials, initial copy, messaging, and strategy drafts are typically ready within 5–7 business days. For outbound clients, we are generally fully set up and running within about two weeks. During the first 30 days of an active campaign, we typically begin seeing early traction as hundreds of carefully targeted prospects are reached and we gather real-world response data. We recommend approaching outbound with a 90-day mindset. That gives us enough time to complete campaign cycles, evaluate what is working, and make thoughtful adjustments to targeting and messaging. Throughout the process, we stay closely involved, keep things moving, and follow up when something needs your attention so consistency does not get lost in the day-to-day.
