I'm the head of Security and Compliance, Platform and Tools in a SaaS Customer Service Platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire Link Group Global, inc. ?

We were looking for advisory on implementing Compliance programs, specifically how to tackle SOC2.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed multiple companies and experts on practical approach to implementing SOC2. Many of them were plainly focused on selling their services, rather than having our interest in mind.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The expert Link Group provided had significant relevant experience in implementation of various compliance programs including SOC2. We also used their expertise in GDPR.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had one compliance expert.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The security expert was able to identify and prioritize for us which elements of SOC2 will make most business sense.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular phone calls - they were an efficient way to cover the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by how quickly they were able to present potential candidates and the high level of candidates presented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind.

I'm the President and Head of Solution Architecture at Actum Lab North America, inc. - a company specialized in niche Computer Vision, AR/VR algorithms

We've hired Link Group as we struggled with finding niche Computer Vision specialists and Angular web devs.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Well, Pawel and his team convinced us that we're going to pay only when we hire an employee so no risk from our side.

At first, a dedicated account manager contacted our HR team to hear our specific requirements, the budget, and more info. Them just after 2 days we were starting to receive candidates' profiles.

I had a contact with account manager mostly but it was sufficient

So, Link Group is our main resource for new candidates right now. We do not post job listings as it does not make sense in the current IT market

E-mail and phone conversations in our time zone

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Delivery. That's it. Link Group Global, inc. always delivers in a fast manner.

They could be cheaper but still I want to pay for their services
