Our company specializes in the manufacturing of metal detectors, a complex process that involves thousands of intricate components both large and small. Managing this vast inventory manually during production was proving to be an overwhelmingly intricate task. 

In order to overcome this challenge, we sought the assistance of LimonAgaci, a company with whom we collaborated to develop a inventory management software. This software has streamlined our process by automating the tracking of components, thereby enhancing our overall efficiency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Post-implementation of the inventory management software developed in collaboration with LimonAgaci, we have experienced substantial improvements in our inventory management process. We have gained the ability to promptly monitor our inventory, allowing us to proactively order parts that are low in stock, mitigating potential production delays. The waiting times associated with parts procurement during the production process have been virtually eliminated. 

Furthermore, the inclusion of real-time email and SMS notifications has dramatically increased our responsiveness, enabling us to react swiftly to any inventory changes. These measurable outcomes clearly demonstrate the project's success and the progress we've made in optimizing our manufacturing operations.
