I'm a CEO of a ProHealth DM Creative Marketing Agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Limeup?

We wanted to develop a mobile application that would grant our clients convenient access to the state of their marketing campaigns and other efforts we are doing on their behalf.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us by an acquaintance who has previous experience with Limeup and after comparing available vendors we decided to roll with Limeup since they had experience implementing solutions with a similar design style we were looking for.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started working together in December 2021. After initial discovery workshops, Limeup team provided us with the user flow representation which we accepted. They continued on to develop the clickable prototype of our intended product and after several iterations we agreed upon the final structure and LimeUp started the UI design of application.

It was ready by the end of February 2022 and, after minor changes, was handed to us at the beginning of March. We appreciated the attention to details, and the commitment of the Limeup team to deliver the best possible end result.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We collaborated with a Business Analyst & UX researcher at the initial stages, and a Product Designer later on.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product design got handed to us at the beginning of March and is now being implemented by our development team. Limeup emphasized their availability in case any questions arise during development.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Limeup had a straightforward process and were quick to answer our requests and implement any changes. It was pleasant to work with an expert directly rather than communicate through an account manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Quick responses, and the fact that they were proposing product concept alterations which would've shortened the design process rather than extending it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We're quite satisfied with the results of this collaboration. I believe there's always room for improvement, but in this case, I can't come up with something particular. Perhaps, it would've been more convenient to do all communications through a dedicated person, but both models have their merits.
