Lightdrop has served as our primary Shopify and Klaviyo technical partner, helping us modernize and optimize our e-commerce operations. The engagement began with a migration to a new Shopify theme, a redesign and cleanup of the website, and significant improvements to the backend infrastructure. They also helped implement scalable email and SMS marketing systems to support our high-volume promotional cadence and customer communications.

Beyond the initial project work, Lightdrop provides ongoing website maintenance, technical support, and conversion optimization. They are our first point of contact for Shopify, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce technical issues, and they help execute weekly merchandising updates, promotional campaigns, landing pages, and site enhancements. Regarding web design, Lightdrop has optimized our website for site speed and improved conversion rates on product pages considerably. The team has also improved our email funnel.

Lightdrop has achieved large gains in ROAS, reduced waste, improved customer experience, and scaled our advertising budget while remaining profitable.

Lightdrop has excellent ongoing project management and is always looking for more ways to improve. We have regular, meaningful meetings, and Lior goes above and beyond to ensure we’re happy with our performance and as well-informed as possible every step of the way. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

Their attention to detail and continual reporting is very impressive and leagues beyond any other advertising agency we’ve worked with.
