I'm a Manchester-based freelance web developer and digital marketing specialist, building custom technical solutions for small businesses and agencies across the UK.
My core stack is WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify, where I develop custom plugins, Elementor template systems, and e-commerce integrations rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions. Recent builds include a WooCommerce POS sales intelligence plugin with cashier-scoped reporting and live Google Sheets sync via Apps Script webhooks, a custom booking engine with Google Maps integration, and a discount management plugin replacing a discontinued WooCommerce extension.
On the marketing and automation side, I work in GoHighLevel and HubSpot for CRM and campaign builds, implement GA4/GTM tracking, and manage AWIN affiliate programmes end-to-end (banner creative, publisher relations, monthly reporting). For workflow automation, I use n8n, Make, and Zapier to connect disparate systems, including a multi-Zap WhatsApp automation build using Twilio and Bitrix24 for office-hours routing and out-of-hours escalation on a travel client's customer service line.
I work directly with businesses and as a white-label technical partner for agencies, and I'm comfortable owning a project from architecture through to deployment and debugging.
