I am CEO at an Oil services company.

What challenges were you trying to address with LeQuiz?

They helped us with the creation of a new business line. We were looking to explore the market perceptions on this new business line that is the reconditioning of oil wells.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was a market research project. They analyzed different potential clients that we indicated and via in-depth interviews they gathered information about price levels, competitors, satisfaction levels, among others.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with 3 people.

How did you come to work with LeQuiz?

I know personally the general manager, I know their work and expertise and have collaborated with them before, so they seemed like an obvious choice for this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November and the project has been completed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They had very interesting results, they were able to gather information that was useful not just for that new business line but for our current services. We were able to get to know our clients more deeply and to discover things that we were not aware of.

How did LeQuiz  perform from a project management standpoint?

They adapted to our schedules and plans and managed time in an optimal manner. They achieved everything in the expected time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a great response capacity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything worked very well.

I’m a commercial manager at a textiles company.

What challenges were you trying to address with LeQuiz?

We were looking to start a market research project. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was a market research project, they offered the possibility to use focus groups, quantitative and qualitative methods, neuromarketing, etc. We had an idea of the questions we wanted in the surveys and they edited those. Also, before starting with the project they did a pilot to make sure that the timing and answers were adequate. After that, we made improvements that allowed the project to be more efficient.

We had two different projects with them, one was focused on import opportunities for textiles including underwear and other complimentary products. The second one was focused on understanding how well our brand was positioned in the national market and expansion possibilities for our brand.

What is the team composition?

There were around 15 people involved in the project.

How did you come to work with LeQuiz?

We contacted different companies and we really liked LeQuiz’s presentation and proposal. We had a bidding process, and we liked their clarity, their proposal, the options they offered, and in general, the presentation made us feel confident that they were the best choice for us. 

How much have you invested in them?

 We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from around December 2019–March 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results of the first project were very beneficial for the company, without it we might have taken a wrong decision that could have cost thousands of dollars. The second project was also very good, it allowed us to take a pause and reshape our brand’s message and we are still working on that to improve our brand's communication. 

How did LeQuiz perform from a project management standpoint?

They provided us with a schedule that contemplated every step of the project and met it timely. We didn’t have any issue with that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their guidance was good and they helped us adjust our ideas to be more efficient. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a very good experience but maybe they could diversify their services offering.
