The team that Leapfrog Technology, Inc. provided is helping me with custom software development on React. They started by identifying the right team members for the product we’re working on; their team provided us with their resumes, and we selected the proper resources.

We’ve worked with around five members of their team, including solution architects, engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts.

We’ve spent around $200,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work's speed and overall performance are great on whatever they build for us — they’re up to par with our agency. They also handle very well-led review cycles to take care of bugs and workforce that don’t suit our expectations and make adjustments as needed.

How did Leapfrog Technology, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been great; they’re good at staying on top of the work. Regarding tools and communication, we use Zoom, Jira, Google Meet, Slack, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had an issue with the speed of a crucial page of our site, and after letting them know, they identified the problem and architect a solution within two weeks, which was impressive and a big highlight of their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re not always involved in the coding reviews, so we haven’t seen a ton of participation from their end to the extent we wanted.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ensure to attend to their daily standups to check in with the team at a reasonable time for them — some of their members live in different time zones.
