Our goals were to rebrand our website to appeal to our high end clients and give it a true luxury look. We hired Launch Site to re-do our website from scratch as well as maintain it and help us with correspondence with our leads via emails.

I was referred to them by a good friend of mine who showed me his website that was built by them. I was very impressed with the quality and elegance of the website and thought their style fit right up our alley given our clients and customers

Within two weeks or so of our first meeting they had an entire website built with all of our featured properties and even new features that they had built in such as a search bar similar to zillow to look up a home or rental tailored to their liking. Our site was much more dynamic with several video backgrounds of showcases of our properties and gave off a look of professionalism that was exactly what we wanted to show to our customers. We had a better customer intake form with a lot more pointers that directed them there to get their information. They had built us a careers tab as well to prospect potential employees. They set up our email forms and mailing list and granted me access to it so I can see exactly how our email blasts are doing which our previous website devs could not do.

I dealt with Andrew White and Andoni Del Vecchio They are extremely responsive and at times when I send change requests they respond in minutes.

I was very pleased with the final product and I am hearing the same from our customers. I speak with potential customers daily, and they always compliment the website's user-friendliness and aesthetic.

Andrew and Andoni were always very communicative and responsive via email and cell phone. They gave us solid feedback as well as appreciated advice when it came to the design of our website. The initial website took them about a month or so to come to a final version and go live. Changes and updates made usually take less than 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was there responsiveness and ability to work very quickly and efficiently while also delivering a quality product. They are very knowledgable regarding their field and they always explain their answers in layman's terms in case we did not have expertise in the certain field.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Be in the same time-zone! We are east coast US and they are west coast US so we couldn't exactly discuss things early in the morning for my team and I.

Launch Site LLC was hired after an exhausting search to find a quality Web Development company to create our entire website from scratch.

After interviewing several Web Designers, we finally came across Launch Site LLC by sheer luck and connected with Andrew and Andoni, who were not only a great match based on our initial conversation and seeing their other work, but because they had the right attitudes and shared the same type of passion Lobocoders needed to carry out this endeavor.

They stood out the most based on a combination of these qualities, and that instilled our confidence we made the right choice.

Work was a complete Website Design and Development, to be done from scratch and with custom programming. Andrew and Andoni got started immediately after we decided to move forward with them on 3/23/22, and timeline to deliver was going to be 1 month, which they completed on time, exactly as promised.

The communication was extremely fluid, and these guys really went above and beyond to make sure we were on the same page with any changes or modifications needed to be made.

They used several technologies, but the main tech stack consisted of a Wordpress Content Management framework, Elementor for building the visuals of the website in Wordpress, instructions, libraries, structure of the website coded using JavaScript and PHP, Yoast SEO plug-ins for google analytics and keyword-driven connections to enhance our popularity amongst the rest of the world as we go live.

They did an incredible job. The results were A+ as their talent, hard-work, dedication and passion really shined through and made it known when you first open up the site. You can tell they put a lot of effort and time into the project. This is the very reason these guys deserve feedback like this…they deserve it 100%

Every step of the way was communicated with 0 problems. They were always available, always on time, always prepared, and always delivered. We never questioned their work because they were on top of everything. Any questions or concerns we had, they took care of immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better service honestly.

Their unique style, again it was exactly what we were looking for. They are Rockstar Web Engineers for sure.

As much as I want to try and find something, I have to be honest, Andrew and Andoni knocked it out of the park. They are two young professionals with a very bright future ahead. Everyday is always a day to learn something new, and these guys are definitely at the top of their game and will continue to become the best they can be with the drive and fire they have.

They provided us with a live version to see if we were ok with it. After the OK we went live. And we have seen an uptick in clicks/ calls to our website.
