They managed Google Ads campaigns, secured media placements, and developed event plans. Their targeted prospecting and strategic approach increased partner engagement, significantly enhancing our tutor recruitment efforts.

The marketing strategy implemented by the team led to a 107% year-over-year increase in tutor applications, with growth across all tutor types. This surge was also driven by the development of over 50 new partnerships with various non-profits within just six months.

We engaged Charmaine, Stacey and Cristel to develop the branding and marketing for our new product line. We had in mind a high-end brand targeted toward nature and outdoor lovers. Think Patagonia, Cotopaxi, or The North Face. We had a name in mind but were open to different ideas. We approach them in May with the goal of launching for the Fall.

Our strategy was to build an audience with early marketing ads. We were able to gather 10K email list with a very low Google budget.

They established a timeline early on and every deadline was respected. We communicated often and they were very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

The experience of the team members was impressive. We had many questions and concerns to start with, especially with the strategy. They directed us in a way that made us feel very comfortable to move forward. After discussions around the visual for the branding, they suggested 2 visuals. We loved them so much we didn't know which one to take.

We really had a good experience and will use them again for other products.
