Since launching the new website, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in qualified inquiries and much better engagement from potential clients. The quote request process became much smoother, and our team now spends less time handling manual inquiries. We’ve also received positive feedback from customers about the site’s speed, design, and overall UX.Based on our internal tracking, qualified inquiries increased by around 30%–35% within the first few months after launch. We also reduced the time spent handling inquiries by roughly 25% thanks to the improved quote request system and clearer website structure.We didn’t monitor every metric closely, but we did notice an increase in website traffic and better engagement after launch. Bounce rate improved, and clients frequently mentioned that the website was easier to navigate and looked much more professional than our previous one.

Our branded content also achieved higher interaction rates compared with our previous materials.The biggest improvements were seen on social media, particularly with branded promotional graphics, campaign creatives, and short-form content.
