I’m the Executive of Averon, a financial services company. We provide financial products, solutions, and services that help individuals and businesses manage, invest, and grow their money.

What challenge were you trying to address with Latonis Technologies?

We needed help developing and improving our digital presence, including our website, branding, UX, and overall online infrastructure. The goal was to create a more professional digital platform, improve customer engagement, and establish a stronger online presence for Averon.

Latonis Technologies' work helped us achieve a more consistent brand identity, improve the quality of our marketing materials, and strengthen our overall professional presentation. We also saw better engagement with our promotional content and improved customer response across our marketing channels. In fact, we saw a 25%–30% increase in engagement on our promotional content, along with a noticeable improvement in customer inquiries and responses. Our branded content also achieved higher interaction rates compared with our previous materials.The biggest improvements were seen on social media, particularly with branded promotional graphics, campaign creatives, and short-form content. These formats generated higher engagement, more profile visits, and increased customer inquiries compared with our previous content.

At times, initial timelines could have been communicated more clearly up front, though this didn't significantly impact the final outcome. Slightly more frequent progress updates during the earlier stages would have been helpful, but overall, the minor adjustments needed were addressed quickly once raised.
