We needed an android app with custom code for detecting and tracking the location of hardware devices.

Lampa was recommended to us by a colleague.

The primary function of the app occurs in the background - i.e. while the phone is in the user's pocket. We developed a specification and test cases for this behavior, and Lampa performed the development and testing to verify it.

Lampa was able to meet all the test criteria for the app operation. We demonstrated the app at an industry tradeshow, and currently have a key customer in beta.

We collaborated with Lampa on various projects. We were doing design, they development. It was mainly development of services and mobile applications. These were not small projects, they required deep dive and high expertise. For such projects Lampa could assemble and provide a dedicated team that would take all the responsibility for development. This was the approach we were looking for.

After a preliminary assessment and proposal, the team conducts a discovery session with stakeholder or partners, then makes a task backlog, development, testing, debugging, testing, launching and enjoyng :)

It depended on the project, its complexity, and its timing. On average, for developing an MVP project they assemble a dedicated team it is a few frontend developers, a few backend developers, a technical project manager and tester.

All stakeholders and implementers are always aware of the status of tasks—a project manager present on the project and developers included in the communication and it professional.

Almost no steps back and frustration, many steps forward during the workflow. And most importantly, they stick to their estimates and promptly correct deficiencies.
