Key Deliverables include: To tackle the challenge of monotony in traditional exercises and diets, LAB325 introduced innovative gamification elements within the app. Leveraging popular mechanics found in casual gaming, combined with captivating graphics and diverse game levels, users are presented with an engaging platform. 

This integration of gaming elements not only adds an element of fun but also allows users to set gaming-oriented fitness goals. However, we have absolutely no technical experience. We don’t have any coders or programmers internally so we were looking for a technology partner who will be helping with the idea development.

We looked at a lot of development groups before landing on LAB325. We have received a very positive reference from their clients, met with Julia, CEO and Roman, CTO who became part of Woman Insight for 2+ years.

We came to LAB325 with only the idea and lots of inspiration on how we want to look and feel. We had absolutely nothing done so far. It was our goal to get to an MVP within a year. We were looking to build something that people would check in with daily, and that our more avid users would spend several hours a week on.

LAB325 started with a definition process and revisited all of the problems. They painted the picture of all the users and stakeholders as well as mapped out all the problems, covering any areas that could pose a risk or hadn’t been discussed yet.

LAB325 has a process called inception. It’s 3–4 full days of their team going through the entire scope of the project and breaking down the different epics and means in which we’re going to achieve things. They broke things down into a refined roadmap that’s guided our development process. They have also guided us on the UI/UX design of the site. They took mockups to fit more of a realistic model.

We’re working closely with Senior Product Manager Roman Kolos and Project Manager. The team of developers is about 10 people: Architecture, Backend, Frontend, UI/UX, QA.
