We were an IT development contractor for some projects of KVikStudio.

We gave the technical requirements for their designer for the start of work. After the first results, we did a Zoom call with a team to improve the design and make edits. After this was one more iteration of the edits and approval of the project.

We worked with 2 people: Viktor as project manager and Vladyslava as the designer.

We get the design of the website page in Figma which was easy to implement on the main website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Almost all questions we communicated with the designer directly in Telegram chat to make our workflow faster. Once a week we had a call with all the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have an incredible work system that helps the clients make workflow easier and faster. The business qualities of CEO Viktor are very decent. We are working together on different projects for this time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes they need to be more structured in their work to do it, even more, better than they do it now.

I made a post on my Facebook page. The owner of KVikStudio write to me with portfolios and commercial proposal. I ask him some discount, he approved and we made a deal.

1 step was to create fun phrases for our mascot. We got 33 variants. 2 step was the voting of our team for the phrases. We choosed 10 variants. 3 step was to make pencil sketches with our mascot. We made edits and approved them. 4 step was to make sketches digital. We approved them. 5 step was to put sticker in Telegram sticker pack.

We worked with 2 people: Viktor as creator and project manager and Polina as illustrator.

We get very fun sticker pack that is used by our clients and team in the company communications.

The workflow was like a clock. We just moved from the one step to the next throught the algorithm.

supporting all Admixer websites: admixer.com, adsider.com, admixer.academy and other. Also KVikStudio supported our marketing info-structure: marketing tools integrations, CRM, CMS, marketing automation etc.

We have 5 websites on WordPress CMS that should be supported.

1 step was to do introducing call with our and their team.

2 step was to build a project management system in Asana and Telegram chat.

3 step was the adding of new tasks, get them done and approved.

We did evaluate calls with the of KVikStudio every Wednesday to understand how is project moving too. The main technology was WordPress CMS.

We worked with 3 people: Viktor as project manager, Yuriy as team lead and Denys as full-stack developer

We get all of our 5 websites upgraded and bugs fixed. That helps us to improve our performance in ads and marketing.

Project management style was agile. We used such instruments:

• once a week meeting for a Scrum sprint
• Jira as main task manager
• Telegram chat for ASAP questions and bug fixes

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about KVikStudio is that they are ready to share the responsibility with the client. When we had some problems with our server they helps us with our tasks despite hard implementation.

At the end of the month, we get a huge invoice and can't understand what scope of work was made for this time. We did a call with KVikStudio because of it and heard that a lot of time was used for the work with the server.

We said that it was a big price for us and we didn't approve it. Their answer was just: "Ok. We understand that it's too much for this scope of work. We are ready to reduce the price for these tasks by 50%" We are very impressed and appreciated such a human approach to work.

We wanted to use Webflow as an off the shelf solution and KVikStudio had experience with it. It was a no brainer.

Website was very good looking, requirements were met and client was very happy. All in all, we were very satisfied with the team and the solution we chose.

We used Telegram as our communication channel and that worked really well. The guys responded nearly instantly during office hours or the next morning for out of office hours.

I don’t have a statistics. But definitely the work was done well.
