Kurieta LLC has designed and developed our website and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The team has also redesigned our entire company's branding, including our logo, color scheme, and font. The team has provided three different designs for us, and we've chosen the one we like the most.

Kurieta LLC also provides hosting and maintenance for our website and apps.

We found Kurieta LLC on Google. We contacted several other tech companies, but didn't like how they worked. Other companies charged us for renting their team for a specific duration, which we didn't find productive because we didn't need to communicate with the entire team constantly.

We wanted a team that would provide development services based on our needs, get our requirements in writing, and quote us for their services. We felt more comfortable with Kurieta LLC's approach, how they explained their expertise and the process they'd carry on.

Kurieta LLC has been engaging, talking to us, and guiding us throughout the process. We've been very successful with the app and have seen a massive increase in sales. Before the partnership, we made around $290,000 a year. This year, we're projected to make around $1,050,000.

We could've probably taken on more business, but we've decided to stagger it to ensure we care for our customers and continue growing those relations.

How did Kurieta LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Kurieta LLC has delivered timely work and stayed on budget. We've had Google Meet meetings every time they need feedback or want to clarify something. The design manager and Vikrant were part of the meetings during the design phase. Now, we mainly work with the project manager, Satyav, who has been amazing throughout our partnership.

Kurieta LLC's team is phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with; we're very grateful.

I can't think of anything for them to improve. We've been delighted with Kurieta LLC from start to finish. Their communication and transparency with their prices have been great.

Come in with an open mind, because what we thought we needed wasn't what we actually needed. For example, we initially asked them to design an app. Kurieta LLC asked me to tell them about my company, and they offered different things we didn't think we needed, such as the rebrand and the website, which have actually helped us.

Kurieta LLC developed a website from scratch. Initially, I provided them with information about our pricing and information about me, the business, and our different services.

The site included a drop-down menu and a form customers could fill in. The form could automatically generate an email so we could respond to the customers. Kurieta LLC also found the pictures I requested and added them to the site. They used WordPress and also went onto my Google profile.

One of their employees needed some documents notarized and contacted my service. When I met with him and did the notarization, I inquired about their service. I wasn’t quite ready yet, but I spoke to him and hired them.

Regarding features, the site has different pages with information about us and our services. Kurieta LLC has also given us options regarding the tools and technologies they’d use to build the platform.

The website that Kurieta LLC is creating for us looks competitive and has helped with our bidding processes whenever we apply for projects. They’ve delivered a 90% accurate product just a couple of weeks after gathering information about our requirements. We’ve just had to make minor adjustments. Regarding the site, the platform is very fast and works great.

Kurieta LLC’s project management has been a pleasant surprise regarding on-time deliveries, communication, and their ability to stay within budget. In terms of tools, we use phone calls and Zoom.

Kurieta LLC is very fast with deliveries and engaged with the project to ensure they tailor-make everything for us according to our needs and requirements.

They could improve their communication with their clients by using layperson’s terms rather than higher-skill level English. This is not a big deal, but it can help them improve.

Sometimes it might seem that Kurieta LLC’s team asks a lot of questions, but that’s because they’re trying to gather as much information as possible. I recommend trying to answer those questions as best as you can because that’ll enable them to come back with a great product.

I was looking for someone to develop my company’s website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, I approached Kurieta LLC to help me develop my company’s site, and they also offered to work on our branding since we hadn’t developed our brand. We first had a discovery call with Kurieta LLC to discuss our company’s mission, values, and goals. They’ve helped define our competitive differentiation and conducted market research with other companies similar to ours. Kurieta LLC’s findings have helped us determine our company’s long-term vision. 

To develop our branding, Kurieta LLC has analyzed other franchises to study their brand design. They’ve asked us what kind of logos and colors we liked and considered our personalities in the process. Kurieta LLC has helped us decide on our brand name and designed our logo, menu, and business cards. 

Kurieta LLC has helped us create our messaging tone to be consistent in our communication. They’ve conducted interviews, offered gift cards to participants, and conducted more than 100 focus groups that resulted in three iterations. Kurieta LLC has also contacted our friends and family to get their opinions, and they’ve listened to our point of view and consulted other opinions for branding ideas. 

Moreover, Kurieta LLC has designed and developed our website and helped us find the right domain. They first created the UI/UX design and shared it with us. Kurieta LLC has offered us design templates, which would’ve been more economical, but we decided to go with a custom-designed website. Kurieta LLC has conducted heat map testing with 20 users to study how they interact with the site, and they’ve modified the design based on the test results. 

Once we’ve approved the website’s design, Kurieta LLC has built our site on WordPress, and we plan to launch it in April 2023. Kurieta LLC has added an e-commerce functionality for customers to buy our doughnuts and pick them up at our store. We can visualize orders on the backend panel they’ve developed.

Our site consists of various pages featuring our products and company information. On the landing page, we’re planning to create a customizable offers section where we’ll post special promotions, and we’ll also be able to change this content on the backend page. We also offer catering services, and Kurieta LLC has created a page where people can send inquiries and leave their contact information for us to reach back to. Kurieta LLC has also created a rewards portal where our customers get points each time they place an order, and for every 100 points, they’ll get a $10 gift card with us. 

Kurieta LLC will provide web hosting and maintenance services too. Once the site is finished, they’ll train my partner and me to manipulate it and offer technical support as needed.

Kurieta LLC’s account manager is my main point of contact. We’ve also worked with a branding manager and three graphic designers for the branding project. Since we moved on to the web development phase, we’ve worked with a UI/UX designer, a project manager, a graphic designer, and a content writer that creates the site’s copywriting.

Kurieta LLC has helped us understand branding’s best practices and guided us through that process. I’ve worked with other companies before on my previous business, and they usually just care about how the logo looks. 

Moreover, we’ve received positive feedback for the website’s design. Kurieta LLC proposes good ideas. When I was working on the site’s demo, I received codes from five different companies and comparing other budget proposals with what we’ve spent with them, I’ve gotten the most value out of their work. I now understand the positive feedback my friend gave when they recommended Kurieta LLC. 

I consulted another friend who works at a software company, and they’ve found our site’s design thoughtful and user-friendly. I really like the design and looks of the site, and my friend has confirmed that the technical aspect and usability are excellent too.

Kurieta LLC is responsive and meets deadlines. We use Trello for project management, and Kurieta LLC is never late with a deliverable. They’re even ahead of schedule at times and push me to be on time. We communicate through Google Meet and also have in-person meetings.

I’m most impressed with Kurieta LLC’s ability to listen to what my partner and I want to accomplish. They’ve really understood our project’s goal and translated it into our site — that was amazing.

I recommend to have an open mind while working with Kurieta LLC. When I first reached them, I was looking for website development and hadn’t considered my company’s branding. When Kurieta LLC explained the importance of developing the right branding message before developing our site, I was hesitant at first, but now I realize why they advised me that. They’ve told us not all clients are open to their work approach.

Kurieta has developed our website and branding. Initially, they interviewed people from our company, including the main partners, me, and some others. During those interviews, they gathered information about us, which helped them understand our industry.

Additionally, Kurieta did market research and looked into several of our competitors in the area to see their market presence. Their team also did a lot of other backend work and came back with a presentation showing us the different companies in the market to help us understand our positioning.

After that, Kurieta started with our branding work. The main deliverables included a new logo, a new color scheme, our mission statement, and our company values. Once they finished with the branding, Kurieta designed and developed a new website for us from scratch using WordPress. Now, they’re in charge of its maintenance.

Ours is a pretty basic website. It shows our contact information, a meet the team section, our history, and details about our work and area of specialization. If users have an inquiry to make, they can do it through the site and send us their questions. Additionally, our site has buttons for our LinkedIn and Instagram pages, and they can also download brochures and information on the site.
