Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our last developer left us with incomplete work. The guys from KSN took over and completed the fulfilment logic we needed to make orders possible for the lab. The website was slow and didn't look too inviting. So we asked them to do a redesign. Also we needed more product options, asked for their ideas and moved forward with a better selection. 

Then the old backoffice area had some bugs from the former developer and the revamped the whole thing. We wanted to track orders in the lab and they worked with one of the labs programmer to realize this with an API. Also we wanted to get more traffic and have more customers buy our products.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We think the results exceeded our expectations. Our website now feels snappy, it looks good, we have access to analytics and the workload of order fulfilment is mostly automatic. With their help we've been able to focus on our customers who now send real questions instead of always the same ones. Also: customers can track their status through the lab in their account.

We are now on YouTube and Reddit, gaining customers on our journey to provide the best VR experience. They fixed all of our problems and even contributed ideas for our offerings. And it looks like more visitor now become customers and give us good feedback.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were always quick to respond. Many times with next days fixes for small issues or small new features. They also listened very closely and were able to build quite a lot around our needs and had solutions available before we knew we needed them. But they were almost always right and a couple of weeks later we were happy that it was already there. I think they've managed their time well. 

They were either ready before the agreed time and only rarely over the time. With all the developers I've worked with it was a lot more easy with them and they either delivered as promised or communicated along the way and improved on the solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One thing that stood out the most was the creativity and speed to find solutions. They quickly adapt to the complex field of optical lenses for VR, even though none of them had worked in this field before. They really understand to make things simple for us and for our customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KSN Digital Service LLP could have done differently?

Honestly we can't think of any. It was quite impressive compared to the developers we've worked with before.
