After such a long partnership, there weren’t any major issues. Naturally, as our company grew and our technical needs became more complex, we reached a stage where having an in-house team made more sense for speed and scalability. Krononsoft provided a strong foundation for us to reach that point, and we’re grateful for their support along the way.

I'm the COO of Local Experiences Ltd., a company that connects travelers with authentic tours and attractions across Italy and Europe. We support local vendors through a network of city-specific marketplaces for personalized and memorable adventures.

We needed Krononsoft to review the code of our existing platform and provide recommendations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Krononsoft performed a full technical code review of our existing multi-domain OTA platform. Their scope covered the backend, frontend, database structure, and overall system architecture. The objective was to understand the platform’s true potential and limitations and determine the most effective path forward.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most tangible outcomes came from the clarity and direction Krononsoft's review provided. Before the project, we had fragmented information, conflicting diagnoses from different developers, and no unified understanding of the platform’s true condition. These outcomes made it possible to move from guesswork to structured execution — a measurable shift in alignment, speed, and decision-quality across the entire project.

How did Krononsoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Krononsoft’s project management was excellent. Communication was clear, structured, and consistently proactive. Vadim (CEO) made it very easy to move through a complex review by keeping the scope tight, summarizing decisions, and clarifying next steps at every stage. 
He listened carefully, crystallized information quickly, and translated it into actionable outputs.They delivered on time. Every milestone in the review was completed within the agreed timeframe, and whenever new context emerged, they adapted without losing momentum or diluting the deliverables.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect of working with Krononsoft — especially with Vadim — was the combination of clarity and diplomacy he brought to every interaction. He has a rare ability to absorb complex information quickly, distill it into the essential points, and move the conversation forward without friction. 
He challenged assumptions constructively, asked the right questions, and stayed fully aligned with the business intent behind the technical work.That balance of technical depth, communication quality, and emotional intelligence made the entire collaboration feel efficient, productive, and genuinely supportive.
