I’m the accounts manager for Prats, a property maintenance, management, and cleaning company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kreeti Technologies Pvt Ltd?

We have around 300–400 cleaners and serve around 300 locations, so we needed a place to maintain all the records and information about the sites we provide our services to. Thus, we needed help with developing a management system for our company so that we could handle all our information.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kreeti is helping us design and develop our web-based management system in AWS, which includes modules for payroll, staff management, holidays and leaves permission management, reimbursement, and more. We’re still developing modules that will be added to our system in later stages.

This system helps us manage all kinds of information, including staff leaves, new employees, hourly wages, cleaning time schedules, and payroll. Basically, it helps us manage our operations and accounts.

Initially, our business owner met with Kreeti to discuss the first phase of the project and our requirements, although I wasn’t involved in this part of the project. This first phase was focused on creating a system to manage as much information as possible about our services.

When I joined the company, we met again to discuss a second phase of the project to add the payroll module to the system. For this second phase, we’ve focused on figuring out how to calculate our employees’ net monthly payments.

Typically, we provide Kreeti with our requirements, and their team works on putting everything together to find a solution. Then, we discuss their proposal, and they take it from there to develop the required features. Whenever we have a new release, another person from their team is in charge of testing it.

This system isn’t operating to its full potential at the moment because we’re still implementing things. Another person and I are currently using it to provide Kreeti with data and feedback. Once we launch the product to the rest of the company, we expect user feedback, so we’ll be working on implementing changes once that happens.

What is the team composition?

We work with 5–6 people from Kreeti, including their CEO, a project manager, and a team of developers and testers, who are present during our conference calls. Initially, we probably worked with more people from their team, but given that we’re currently working on improving the existing product, we’re working with Kreeti at a lower capacity.

How did you come to work with Kreeti Technologies Pvt Ltd?

Our business owner found them; I joined the project during its second phase. I believe they were recommended to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $20,000–$25,000 AUD ($13,000–$17,000 USD). Currently, we pay them around $4,000 AUD (approximately $2,700 USD) per month, and we will continue working together for around two more months.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Kreeti and the technologies they’ve used, our software is very fast, efficient, and responsive. We’ve loaded a lot of information into the system, and it is still capable of processing everything. Now, I’m really looking forward to seeing how the payroll module works out because we’ll be able to gather real feedback.

Currently, we’re using Excel sheets to manage our payroll, updating them daily and sharing the information at the end of the month to feed our master database. Once we launch the payroll module and everyone starts using it, this system will have a huge impact on our business.

It will make our process very efficient, and we won’t need to wait until the end of the month to create reports. We’ll simply click a button to generate a report filled with important information about our operations and payments.

How did Kreeti Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Kreeti works as if they’re part of our team. Although there have been some delays, they’ve met our deadlines around 85% of the time. Still, some delays can be attributed to their holidays and staff shortage issues.

Kreeti uses Pivotal Tracker for project management, to which both of our teams have access. Using it, we can create new user stories and collaborate. Moreover, we use Google Meet to have formal meetings and communicate about official matters, as well as WhatsApp to communicate on a daily basis.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had never developed a similar product before, but Kreeti has demonstrated great experience in the industry, which has been helpful. Their team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and good at listening, and they’re up-to-date on new technologies. Additionally, their work quality is really high.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything Kreeti could improve on; they’ve been great. Our main challenge has been having fewer people working on the second phase of the project. As mentioned before, there were more people working with us during the first phase of the project.

For this second phase, we wanted more resources so that we could deliver the new module quickly. However, we took a lot of time to come back to Kreeti after the first phase, so they didn’t have enough resources available. Moreover, they had to find available resources who had worked on the project before, which was difficult. If we had had a bigger team for this second phase, we would have met all of our deadlines; still, it isn’t Kreeti’s fault.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend working with Kreeti. They’re very knowledgeable and engaging, and they offer a great approach to projects.

I am a Partner at Retail online store. We sell Clothing, Toys, Groceries and multiple items in Manchester department. We also have around 25 stores across Australia.

Our website was created 4yrs ago. Company went into administration and the website was shut for around 5 months. The company was bought by a new owner and by then the subscription with the old host had expired. Since we didn't have any in-house developers to migrate and update our website, We hired Kreeti Technologies Pvt Ltd to update and get the website back up and running. By doing this, we were hoping to improve our site's e-commerce functions and improve our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

We searched online for web developers and shortlisted a few. After interviewing them we chose kreeti technologies based on their Design skills and cost estimate.

We Had an Initial meeting to discuss our requirements and goals. From there, the team started giving us options and mock-ups for our site, Which we discussed with the other stake holders and approved. After a few discussions and alterations, Their team updated and re-designed a few pages on the website and also a payment processing feature.

A Project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 designers and backend developers working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After re-starting the site, we saw a major increase in traffic, and our sales started to pick up over a month. Customers were happy with the updated design. Product pages were easy to navigate and users can now pay by Pay pal and credit card. Website speed had improved dramatically as we were hosting on Google Cloud and also a better security from hack threats (Which was suggested by the vendor)

We had regular updates from the project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any additional costs or delays they let us know in advance so we could prepare.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They come across very helpful and patient with our constant changes in the design and format requirements. They have very experienced developers building robust e-commerce websites. They were very responsive to our needs and trained us to use the new website features.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They were very good overall in their Work and communication. Nothing that i would think of for improvement ;)

We are an agricultural commodities trader. We procure from the farmers and deliver the goods to the consumers. My position is dual, I am the director of the company and hands-on trader.

Our scope was to remove our spreadsheets and convert them to online web based application. Remove Data duplication and flexibility. We built a few difference pages to capture the date Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Documentation, LC , Import Permit, Receivable etc There are more work to be done such as dashboards, reports etc

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have gone live with our system and can see that we currently have saved 2 man days per week. This equates to 1 full time employee. By the time we finish the phase 2 we anticipate richer communication and save at least 3 FTE

Since our was an ongoing project we have not been very structured and have had to work very ad hoc and dynamically. We were working on the agile method, prototyping and delivering.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were professional and were quick and had a greater vision of doing the right way and not cutting corners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A more planned approach and a dedicated resource from our end would have given a better shape to the project.

I am the CEO of a SaaS company dealing with Purchase and Store Management Software.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was impressed with their deliveries and the ability to fix bugs whenever they occurred. Over time, I was confident that if there is any issue whatsoever, the team at Kreeti will take care of it. This is a big relief for any team leader. In short, it means I can sleep well.

We use Pivotal Tracker to manage the project and Skype for regular communication. Apart from that, regular phone calls to discuss features, bugs, and progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are customer-focused and overall humble. No bragging etc. They have stuck to mastering RoR which says a lot about focus and made sure they followed sustainable growth which meant they hired only the best developers. I also sense, they really enjoy their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that important which is worth mentioning here.
