I’m the administrative manager at Taniyaj, a textile company. We manufacture and sell handwoven and handmade ladieswear in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kreative web Tech?

We needed help with web design and development to sell our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did our web design and development from scratch using WordPress. Many of our customers aren't very technical, so it was important that our UX be simple to use so a novice could feel comfortable.

We had a concern related to our government's regulations around security and privacy — we can’t store certain types of information. We had to ensure that this kind of security was present, as our customers log into the site. Kreative has also made a lot of revisions in the last five years.

There is a team of 3–4 people with a main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Kreative web Tech?

We did a Google search and found several companies. After chatting with many people, Kreative seemed to be primarily logical, meaning, they always try to come up with the logical conclusion in any type of discussion. They are pragmatic about every single problem, as well as reasonably priced. These are the three reasons we went with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $500 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018-ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re really satisfied with Kreative, as they did really well with our requirements. Whenever we choose to revise our website, we will ask them to do it. They’re pragmatic and not over the top — reasonable and responsive.

How did Kreative web Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really good about deadlines. We use Zoom and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re really responsive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they need to improve. I’m satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s always better to not ask for a particular solution but to have them come up with multiple options.

Our website was created by the team of Kreative Web. As we were highly satisfied by their response and performance so we hired them for social media management services also, which is continuing till date.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through web search we located this vendor, read about the reviews and proceeded accordingly. Deciding factors were of course quality, reliability and fairness in pricing

We are not technical IT people, so we have limited understanding of the subject. Basically we told them about the nature of our business, our objective, products, our prospective customer segments

Mr. Nirmalya (Neil) is the core team member, and he is probably the key resource person / co-owner in the company

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our objectives were achieved, we found them to be a fantastic set of people, honest, sincere, efficient and responsive. These qualities are rare in the trade nowadays. They cared for our budget and were very transparent in our dealings.

Ours was not a very complicated project, and was completed in a week (website designing). Social media management is a regular and the topics are created after due consultations. The communication is either through e-mail or phone

Honesty, sincerity and the caring attitude towards the work and the clients

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always scope for improvement. But so far we are quite satisfied with their performance. Strongly recommended

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of placement for an international teacher training company. We train teachers of different levels to become premium primary and secondary teachers in English. We also offer TEFL courses across the globe to teach English as a second language. For that, we have other forces related to teacher training, soft skills, leadership, and so on. My work is primarily about offering jobs, mentoring, grooming the students, and more.

Additionally, I have my own website called Physics for Students and a channel where I teach advanced physics and mathematics. I’ve brought in professors and other researchers who send physics and mathematics papers. I collect articles and make videos on YouTube.

I needed help with website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kreative web Tech has created my Physics for Students website. It’s a scientific website, so there’s a massive amount of information. They’ve created an editor where I can plug equations, text messages, images, sounds, and articles within an hour, and it’s totally customizable.

We’ve been in touch with one person.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $150.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and our relationship is ongoing. The website will be complete in August 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re absolutely incredible. If you visit the website, you can see how well they’ve made it. In terms of quality, they’ve delivered the best. Also, they’ve been sincere. They never charge us for anything unnecessary, and they let us know how costly something is or if it doesn’t work for us. As a client, I trust them.

How did Kreative web Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever I call them, they respond. They immediately pick up my calls, even at 10:00 p.m. at Indian time. Even today, I couldn’t format a photograph, and their response was absolutely rigid.

What did you find most impressive about them?

First of all, their honesty is outstanding. I was willing to pay them forefront, but they insisted on showing me the work first, so their faith is what I like the most. The quality of their work is the second; thirdly, their accuracy and delivery on time; and finally, our relationship. We talk a lot; it’s kind of a friendship. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

When doing successive integration, the sign can be increased by up to four times, but Kreative web Tech couldn’t do that. They’ve told me they were unable to find the JavaScript package. It’s a technical issue, but the level of design isn’t up to the mark of a scientific website. However, as relationship-builders and in terms of faith, they’re absolutely incredible. Also, it’s the first pure scientific website they’ve developed, so I understand.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go ahead with Kreative web Tech. They’re excellent people, and the most important thing is the relationship you have with your vendor. You can get technical details from anybody, but human face and relationships are something you want to work upon.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked online for service providers and after conversations with a few of them, kreative web Tech understood our needs and the communication and pricing was clear.

we had a phone call with them to really be very ckear what we needed. They then shared the key pages designs for us to have a feel and make comments on them before they could start doing the web development. When each milestone was completed, they communicated and tested it until the last milestone and the full website testing was done. they used wordpress with some custom code and css.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One main point of contact was the sales manager who understands our needs. From time to time a coder would come in to make some communication clear to us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

When we launched the website, we asked for feedback from different people from our target market and they loved the website because it was easy to use.

They sent us weekly updates via email, and they made a call if something needed to be spoken about in the middle of the week or at end of week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were easy to reach and have discussions with and flexible enough to allow a few reasonable alterations to the agreed design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They can do better on the part of web testing. They left a good deal of testing to the customer but they were quick to resolve any issues.
