Shukan Weighing Scales founded in 1995 by Pankaj Patel. Started with individual and have a 10+ Engineers working with Shukan. We are globle manufacturer and dealer of Weighing Scales. Our Weighing Scales serves multipel Industry like Retail, Healthcare, Power Generation, Construction, Chemical, Food & Drink, Warehousing and many more. We are providing long term service & support to our clients. We are providing Training & Consulting, Support & Repair, Maintenance & Optimisation, Calibration & Quality Checks and Certification.

For what projects/services did your company hire KPITENG, and what were your goals?

We are Weighing Scale Manufacturer & Dealer since 1999. We wants to expand our business radius at India Level. We needs a Website which demonstrate what we are doing, what kind of weighing scales we manufacturing & sell in India. So we contact KPITENG for Website development

We searched online for Web Developers in India. After discussing with them, we choose KPITENG for our Website Development.

We had a Project Discovery step to discuss our project requirement and scope of work finalisation. After that KPITENG has created mock-up and take an approval from us to freeze the scope. After that development process had started and they come us with progress status on every month and finally they created Website & Admin Panel for us. They developed all Web Development in React.js.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A Technical Architect was point of contact for us and also we have a discussion with Project Development Team on certain interval while we have Spring Deliverables.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Client is very happy with our services what make their tasks easy. They have more inquiry and they are doing marketing from their end to take all their business online. Website is key element for them to reach & manage their business online. Also Admin Panel help them to Add/Modify their Weighing Scales, Industry & Content Management from Single Place.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had a weekly status update with their Technical Architect, who communicated with the Project Development Team. KPITENG using Atlassian Agile Project Management Software and Bitbucket to store our Website Code.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

KPITENG have expertise development team, they have average experience of 5+ developers and Technical Architect having 10+ years of IT Industry experience. They understood all our business in depth and then after they shared digital strategy to reach maximum numbers of customers and expand our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They Project Discovery Phase and Project Execution Phase was very expressive to us. All was perfect.

I am the founder & coach at Houston Fitness. I have 5+ years in the fields of health & fitness coaching. I am also responsible for helping/guiding/training for health & fitness.

For what projects/services did your company hire KPITENG?

I would like to shift my business digitally. I hired KPITENG to transform my business online and provide us with a mobile application, admin panel. So we can connect to more people and expand our network.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to connect with the maximum number of people and expand my network in health & fitness. And then I could guide them, train them, and provide them with different fitness activities, free fitness camps, free fitness videos.

Describe the project in detail.

Houston Fitness is a mobile application. Gym users and gym non-users can access the application freely. They can see workouts, fitness plans, and fitness achievements. Users can post their stories on fitness boards and all other members can be notified and can like, share, and be inspired.

KPITENG sought to understand my business & goals. After that, they came up with a product concept & flow. After more conversations, I got my final design for the Houston Fitness app. Finally, I received the mobile app design & admin panel design, including all features & navigation.

What was the team composition?

My Initial conversation started with KP only. I remember there were two guys working from the development team, each for mobile & web Teams. Also I connected with a QA specialist from KPITENG for various test cases and finalization. Overall, I appreciate the KPITENG Team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launching the mobile app, I got very positive communications from our fitness partners about their activities. Many new fitness members are now using our app and connect with us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our conversations were through Skype and messaging in Basecamp. Every week, we have a progress update meeting. I am satisfied with the work's progress.

First, I appreciate the KPITENG Team. They are very innovative and know what is going on in the market. Their market analysis, UI design, and development strategy were very impressive.
