OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Konaverse to accomplish?
- Generate qualified buyer enquiries. Make it easy for a prospective buyer to register interest in a specific apartment and get that enquiry to our team immediately.
- A premium, calm and minimal web design. An editorial, architecture-led presentation of our developments where the photography does the talking, with no templates or stock components.
- Unique, custom motion design. Bespoke animation and page transitions that feel considered rather than decorative, and stay smooth on phones.
- A friendlier user experience. A smaller, clearer site structure, fast loading, and a site that works on every device and for every visitor, including keyboard and reduced-motion users.
- Search engine optimization. A technically sound website that Google and Bing index correctly, built to grow organic traffic for property searches in Cyprus.
- A website we can manage ourselves. Project pages, availability, images and contact details updated through a CMS without needing a developer.
- Lead capture connected to our tools. Website enquiries and Meta ad leads flowing into our CRM, with GDPR-compliant consent and tracking so we can measure our campaigns.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Konaverse designed and built our website from scratch, from the first site structure through launch, and they continue to extend it as our sales and marketing needs change.
The engagement started in February 2026 and is ongoing. The scope covered UX and site structure, UI design, custom motion design, front-end development, a content management system, lead capture with CRM integration, advertising analytics with consent, and technical SEO. Key deliverables:
- Site structure and UX. The site was reduced to five focused pages: homepage, About, Projects, individual project pages and Contact. Every page was designed from scratch, with no templates or stock components.
- Editorial design system. A white, minimal visual language with a single accent colour, one typeface, a twelve-column grid and one consistent measure of white space, so our renders and photography are the focus.
- Custom motion design. Bespoke animation built with GSAP: a layered hero where the building reveals in front of our lettering, a scroll-driven filmstrip of projects on the homepage, seamless transitions where a project render expands into its own page, a pinned brand sequence, and one quiet entrance shared by every photograph. All of it was adapted for phones and respects reduced-motion settings.
- Front-end development. Built on Next.js 14 with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, statically generated, hosted on Vercel, with security headers, a self-hosted typeface and a responsive WebP image pipeline.
- Content management. Sanity CMS with an embedded editing studio, so we manage projects (status, scope, availability, construction progress, galleries with captions), site-wide contact details and photography ourselves. Edits publish automatically.
- Sales pages for Almond Suites. Availability and progress figures, specifications, a downloadable technical specifications PDF, eight apartment interiors and a register-interest form, plus a full-screen image lightbox across the site.
- Lead capture. Two enquiry forms, general contact and project interest, with inline validation, server-side delivery to our studio, an automatic acknowledgement to the enquirer, duplicate protection and an archive in the CMS.
- CRM integration. Every enquiry creates or updates the contact in Brevo and opens a deal in our sales pipeline with notes, with a daily recovery job for anything that fails. A webhook turns each Meta lead ad submission into an instant alert email to our team and a Brevo deal, with a script that backfilled earlier leads.
- Analytics and consent. A GDPR cookie consent banner, Meta Pixel with the Conversions API and server-side deduplicated events, and a privacy policy covering tracking.
- Technical SEO. Canonical URLs, page metadata, Open Graph and Twitter cards, Organization and breadcrumb structured data, an XML sitemap, robots rules, permanent redirects, Bing Webmaster Tools verification and automatic IndexNow submission whenever we publish a change.
- Performance, mobile and accessibility. A dedicated pass for smooth scrolling and stable layouts on iPhone and Android, image sizes per device, keyboard navigation, visible focus states and reduced-motion support.
- Testing and documentation. Automated checks for enquiry delivery and the CRM flow, and written documentation for the CMS, CRM and tracking configuration.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The new website went live on tdkdb.com in October 2026, replacing our previous site, so we are early in measuring long-term results. The outcomes we can already point to:
- Enquiries from day one. The first buyer enquiry arrived within a day of launch and four came through in the first week, each delivered to our inbox with an automatic acknowledgement to the enquirer.
- Every advertising lead reaches us instantly. 44 leads from our Meta campaigns for Almond Suites have been captured so far. Each one triggers an immediate alert email to our team and opens a deal in our Brevo CRM pipeline, so no lead waits in a spreadsheet.
- Measurable quality. Google Lighthouse scores the site 100 for SEO and 100 for Best Practices, with accessibility in the mid-90s, zero layout shift on the homepage and server responses under a third of a second from the CDN.
- Search-ready from launch. Every page is statically generated with canonical URLs, Open Graph cards and structured data, listed in an XML sitemap, verified with Bing Webmaster Tools and submitted automatically through IndexNow whenever we publish a change.
- We control our own content. All six projects, their availability and progress figures, the photography and our contact details are edited by our own team in the CMS and go live within a minute, with no developer involved.
- A calmer experience on phones. The mobile experience was rebuilt to scroll natively at finger speed on iPhone and Android, with the layout stable throughout.
- Security and compliance in place. A complete set of security headers, including HSTS with preload and a Content Security Policy, and a GDPR consent banner that gates all tracking.
With the tracking foundation in place, we are now measuring organic impressions and clicks in Search Console, monthly enquiry volume and cost per lead on Meta.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Konaverse ran the project in clear phases: the initial build in spring 2026, a full redesign of the homepage, About and project pages in September from the boards we approved, and the launch work in October covering mobile, SEO, CRM and tracking. Each phase was agreed up front and delivered as working pages on a preview link we could open on our own phones, not as static mock-ups, so every decision was made on the real thing.
Turnaround on feedback was the standout. When we asked for the About page to speak as "we" with no personal quote, for fewer effects on the projects page and softer transitions, and for our projects to be separated into those we designed and built and those we designed only, all of it was live the same day. The new homepage hero and projects section were built within two days of our approving the boards.
Mobile scrolling issues we reported were resolved within two days, and a text rendering problem on iPhone was fixed the day we raised it. They are careful with our brand. Nothing is attributed to us without approval, figures are never invented, and when they believed a request would weaken the result they said so, proposed an alternative, and then did what we decided.
What was your primary form of communication with Konaverse?
Virtual Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Taste and engineering depth in the same small team. Konaverse designs with real restraint: when we asked for less, they removed things rather than defending them, and the website is calmer and stronger for it. At the same time, nothing on the site is a template. Every piece of motion was built for us, drawing on their own in-house animation library, from the hero where our building reveals in front of our name to the way a project render expands into its own page. Behind that quiet front there is serious engineering: lead routing into our CRM that recovers from failures by itself, advertising tracking that respects consent, and technical SEO done properly. Few web design studios can do both the design and the plumbing to this standard. They also never invent anything. There are no made-up statistics, no quotes attributed to us and no stock photography. What is on the site is true.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Konaverse could have done differently?
Very little. If we have to name something, the first load of the homepage is heavier than the rest of the site on slow mobile connections, because of the intro sequence and the large hero images. Everything after that first moment is fast, and Konaverse has an optimisation pass planned for it. [During the middle of the project, work paused while content and renders were being prepared on our side. Firmer milestones agreed by both of us would have shortened the overall timeline.] A Greek version of the site is on our wish list, and the structure for it is already in place.
