Our company is into advertising and marketing. I am the head of customer relations.

For what projects/services did your company hire KODPILOT, and what were your goals?

We hired Kodpilot for online education selling project. We tried to achive students who need to pass a special exam called dyned.

How did you select KODPILOT and what were the deciding factors?

We found Kodpilot online. The most important factor was previous projects. They did lots of web projects. Also the communication was really easy with. Quick responses.

Our work based on selling an special education to narrow mass of people. They analized our target group very well. After that Kodpilot made a presentation about how the project would go step by step.

First of all we diceded design according to presented samples. Then they completed technical background. After all the feedbacks and arragements web site happen to testing phase. They used Php language for our project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team includes 4 people which are a software developer, a designer, a tester and a customer relation responsible.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launch the web site we connect our customers very shortly. Due to intensive testing phase we face slightly minor errors.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Their style is unique. It feels like they only work with us like they have no other customer. Deadlines are never delayed. We used mostly e-mail, WhatsApp and face to face meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by how they think out of the box. Solutions mostly just for our projects. They always renew theirselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No there are not.
