I am the owner of an online bakery that sells cakes, cookies, and other items.

We needed someone to help develop the website and integrate online payments among other things.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have products to sell online and we needed a platform to do so. It is a WordPress site. I had given KMAssociations some examples of sites I wanted ours to look like. They were able to make it happen for us.

We had one point of contact from their team.

How did you come to work with KMAssociations?

I found KMAssociations through a reference. They had done some work for someone I know. Their work impressed me, so I decided to go ahead with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent 50,000 Indian rupees (approximately $700 USD). When we compared the price to the market, it was reasonable.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them in October 2018. It was a 2–3-week project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a startup, we’re learning all the things and opportunities that are available for an e-commerce site. We didn’t get a complete solution from KMAssociations, and there are certain things that we are still learning. We want to upgrade in the future.

How did KMAssociations perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated with the team over the phone, WhatsApp, or email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

KMAssociations was proactive and responsive. They looked forward to completing the task and trying to address the issue, which is what we liked about them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could do much better when it comes to the quality of the work.
