We hired Kitely to create a very innovative website for international Dymension

How did you select KitelyTech and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Kitely after interviewing another 5 or 6 companies. We were looking for a company that would understand our passion and was able to translate that into the development of our site. From the very beginning of the project, Kitely has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and just great people to work with.

The project was managed through an app (Slack). We had weekly progress calls and they met all the deadlines including go live dates.

We would not have our core business without Kitely tech creating such a wonderful product with us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Constant communication through project manager via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Kitely Tech really embodies what a great Tech company is all about. Not only did they create a wonderful product for us, but they did so in a quick and affordable manner. Our project manager and other members of the Kitely team were always very easily accessible to field our questions, concerns, and requests.

They were also integral in helping us to figure out how balance our software priorities and make smart decisions in regards to product development. I have, and will continue to recommend Kitely Tech to anyone interested in creating any tech related product. What an excellent company!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Very little about the company I thought could be improved. Strong overall!

I serve as the CFO at a gift giving app that lets users send drinks right to their friends phones.

We hired Kitely to both design and develop our mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a first-class application that recreated the emotional experience of gifting.

How did you select this vendor?

Our team chose Kitely because after talking with several software experts it became clear that Kitely was a highly regarded and respected firm. In addition, we really enjoyed all of ur conversations with Kitely employees, most notably their clear enthusiasm and commitment to partner with us on our project.

Describe the project in detail.

We had several calls with sales representatives and determined that Kitely was a good fit. Next, we spent several weeks with our project manager going back and forth on design. Once we approved the designs, the dev team built the application and then we made minor edits to the features and functionality of the app.

What was the team composition?

We worked almost exclusively with our project manager who worked internally with her UX Design and Development teams. The whole process was very seamless and was made very easy due to the fact that we only had to manage one point of contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My team and I had an amazing experience with KitelyTech! They are a first class firm that in addition to their expertise, is a pleasure to work with. Our project manager did an unbelievable job of partnering with us and making sure that Kitely met our unique needs every step of the way. Our experience could not have been easier and we could not be happier with our new app!!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We would describe our desires to our project manager who would talk to her team and then come back to us with our options and her team's suggestions. Then we say what we wanted and she would turn the comments and the process would repeat.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found that the company did an incredible job of understanding what our goal and vision was before we started. This was huge for us because it was our first application our team had ever built. With Kitely having an understanding of what we wanted from the onset, it allowed them to leverage their experience and help steer us in the direction that would help us deliver our dream product.
