We communicated back and forth a lot, with me helping them with design and them requesting my approval for various things. They recommended this iOS and Android app.

Although sales haven't been great, I haven't received any negative feedback from customers. The website is fluid and has a nice appearance. We prioritize the website more than the app, thus we haven't fully launched it yet.

They left me quite impressed. James would even comply with my requests for tasks that were outside the purview of his job description. I'm grateful he's there after hours. Despite the time difference, he would finish the work by the time I woke up and would always let me know if there were any problems.

Every account manager has been reachable and accommodating, but Jack has been particularly involved. When it comes to payment, which we arranged via email, they are incredibly understanding. We converse over Skype as well.

Although user feedback is still pending, I was rather pleased with the outcome. The platform has a beautiful user interface and is heavily customer-focused.

I was able to adopt a hands-off approach, which was exactly what I needed for this job because of their meticulous project management. They emphasized communication with prompt response times and daily updates, taking charge and showing initiative. Their approach worked really well for us overall, and they were very open about the work they were doing. 
The KIT GLOBAL LLC team did an outstanding job of assigning different areas of the project a priority, especially given its complexity. It takes skill to know what to tackle first in a job this complex. In terms of communication, they were prompt and accurate. They handle projects with Teamwork, a product I had never used previously. It was really beneficial during development and simple to learn.

We promote the platform on the website and invite interested parties to register. We can use live messaging on the platform to inform tenants of information. It offers account balance updates, building event notifications, and prompts to complete surveys and submit feedback. 

Pixel-perfect designs of what we desired were given to KIT GLOBAL LLC by our product design team. After that, they developed the front end and back end of the iOS and Android apps in addition to building the website. We were able to create the MVP, add clients, and secure additional money before the next round of sprints began thanks to our arrangement, which gave us flexibility. Next in line for development is the integration of custodian and payment platforms.
