Kirsch CPA Group started by providing timely and accurate tax preparation, then provided a variety of services throughout the rest of the year, including quarterly tax planning, cash flow visibility, account reconciliations, QuickBooks entries, payroll support (including out-of-state), and financial guidance on new hiring and other business decisions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Kirsch CPA Group started by submitted our taxes accurately and on-time. More importantly, they helped us through some sticky out-of-state payroll tax and retained earnings issues. Kirsch also helped us make business decisions with significant financial implicaitons with confidence (especially hiring).

They helped us understand that profitability growth is more important than revenue growth, and that cash flow visibility is imperative for understanding what we need to do in the short-term to generate the long-term results we want. 

The Kirsch team members from the partners on down are all very knowledgeable and personable - they work and add value for us and other clients wherever they can just as we do for our clients. It's been a great partnership.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took the time to understand us and our business in terms of where we've been and where we want to go, so that they can help us get there faster and more profitably. Accountants and bookkeepers we've worked with in the past did not do that and just seemed to go through the motions instead of being proactive in any way. Kirsch serves us more as a trusted advisor and financial business consultant/CFO than just providing accounting and tax services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kirsch CPA Group could have done differently?

Not that comes to mind.
