Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The Kirana Labs team was involve from the decision to revamp our whole ERP and implement a web base system. We started mapping business processes, evaluating our previous technology infrastructure, and giving recommendation. Together with the team the decision was taken to develop a custom base ERP due to the complexity of our business processes. 

They created a whole ERP with inventory, purchasing, sales, order management, service management modules and help implement it within the company. Training the whole team and giving support with the implementation. 

Furthermore, they implemented PowerBI with several sales and purchasing dashboards that have given great visibility to our management team. Currently the Kirana Labs teams keeps giving support and continuous development and consulting improving our business with technology base solutions. The Kirana Labs team has been outstanding in their continues endeavor to improve our business with new processes and technologies.

We have reduced a significant amount of manual errors for product cost and pricing that have directly impacted our bottom line. Moreover, we have been able to implement BI that have given us access to the information in real time and take better business decisions.

The project was delivered on time and they have responded to all our needs in proper time. Their support team is proactive and has a spectacular response time.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kirana Labs, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a webpage for our business due to the competitiveness of the field in which we work. All of our sales are through online advertisement and we needed a webpage to have everything our customer needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted something that was affordable and with great quality, and we found that Kirana Labs offered this.

We first explained to the team what we did on our company. From that point the Kirana team started to do some mock-ups of what our webpage would look like. Every month we would have follow-up meetings to show the progress of the webpage. Right now we are ate 50% of the project and everything is going smoothly.

The only outcomes that we have is that the webpage is up and running, functioning as it should be. We are still on the process of making adjustments to the webpage but everything is perfect.

Impressive is that they have big customers for a startup company. They have a business plan that makes their work affordable for startups who don’t have enough money

Marketing wise, the pictures and the icons shown could be one of the opportunities they have for improvement.

Visits by developers with final customer at initial stages of the project. Weekly meetings among team of developers, prior to meetings with the customer. Bi-weekly meeting towards the last stage of the project.
