For what projects/services did your company hire Kinematic Digital, and what were your goals?

We just launched our new food product, we needed to market it, so we sought for the service of a digital marketing agency to take the lead. They focused on email marketing and social media advertising. By doing this, we hoped to drive sales for our new product and improve the conversion rate on our emails.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for available digital marketing agencies in our area and we shortlisted 5 and interviewed them. Kinematic eventually got the job because of their past works and clients

We first went ahead to share our goals and expectations to them to have a full knowledge of what we are trying to achieve. They then put together a 2-part digital strategy, focusing on writing email blasts and Instagram ads. They integrated our MailChimp account into HubSpot so that we could track open and click-through rates. They also made sure that our Instagram ads had clear calls to action.

We worked with a project manager, and two other digital marketing and social marketing experts

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had an 80% open rate, which was the highest we'd ever seen, and a 73% click-through rate. The emails and Instagram ads combined resulted in $100,000 in shoe sales within the first 3 months.

We had meetings every two days and they were very responsive to all our needs. We communicated via email

We were looking for a reliable partner for implementing a full e-commerce solution for us with all the required integrations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The overall approach to solving the challenge was one of the critical deciding factor. Understanding of USA market and ability to customize the store to meet our custom requirements was also an important consideration

Overall E-Commerce solution with Hosting, 99.99% uptime, maintenance, SSL implementation, Product variations, upload of 100+ products with all parameters, implementing Payment Gateways, Implementing custom requirements like Shipping time etc were in scope.

4 People in total were interfacing with us.One Designer, One PHP Dev, one Solution specialist and their Project Manager were interfacing with us.

The design was loved across the board by our company management. We have seen overall improvement in the key metrics and our sales after the implementation.
