Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of RSH, a multidisciplinary Creative Development Studio that works with many world-renowned firms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kickbrand?

Our main challenge is that we struggled to position ourselves in the market and build a strong and meaningful brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had several sessions with the team of Kickbrand, and through a very detailed and thoughtful process and framework, we managed to build a very successful brand.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We first had an initial call to get to know each other and learn about myself, my company, and my vision. After a few online sessions, we have created the personas that resonate with our brand. Then we started building our brand manifesto, and they provided a very detailed design direction through a framework to share it with our designers and content creators. Then they put together a comprehensive digital strategy for our marketing team to use. Last but not least, they have created a business plan for us for our short and long-term goals.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a business strategist, a creative director, and a digital marketer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We don't have any tangible outcome regarding our digital presence because we are still in the process of making with our internal development team. We can share, though, that based on their business plan and their business consultancy, we managed to land a few large clients and contracts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a 3 in-person meetings, including a presentation to go over their recommended digital strategy. Beyond that, we communicated over email and our shared Slack channels. They were very diligent in their meetings and scheduling hours and very flexible along the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found very impressive their ability to read our minds and break the whole project into several digestible and easily manageable pieces. They made complex parts look easy through a very detailed and thoughtful process, and the whole experience with them was amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can't find any cons yet.
