To design and deliver a new website for the charity, that reflected best practice for small charities. But, also was aligned to the needs of the charity stakeholders and our fundraising growth plans.

Kieren delivered a website that all trustees are happy with. We have also had positive feedback from 3rd parties. In addition, it is a website that is easily updated, and therefore, not too onerous for a small charity team to update.

He took the time to thoroughly research a variety of charity websites and carefully examined the source documents we sent him. This allowed him to fully grasp our requirements and deliver a website that was a perfect fit for our organisation. He provided us with clear guidelines on the necessary content.

He went above and beyond by creating helpful videos to assist us in managing the website in the long term. This was all done to time and we were provided with regular updates as to where things were.

Kieren came on board to help advise on how to improve our website, to manage our woo commerce/ WordPress website. He has painstakingly gone through our website and ensured our on page SEOs are up to date. He creates products on a large scale on woo commerce for us to sell online. He creates content and posts for our Instagram account. Kieren has become our "go to" guy if we need any assistance with our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website runs seamlessly, without glitches which were present before Kieren addressed them. Our products are available within days now rather than weeks. Social media posts have a great level of interaction. We have a huge amount of peace of mind knowing we have someone reliable and knowledgeable who is able to help with most projects.

Kieren always gave us a time frame of the work being completed. He always delivered to the dates, sometimes earlier. Kieren always went above and beyond to help us.

The communication is excellent. It actually surprised me on how quickly Kieren would respond and get the ball rolling. His lead times to complete jobs were very quick. He is a very friendly, professional guy who has become an integral part to us running our business smoothly, knowing we have someone this reliable available if we need help with the website, social media, SEOs.

Nothing what so ever needs to be adjusted or improved. KGStudio and Kieren are worth their weight in gold!
