Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the operations manager and we offer residential remodeling. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions.

For what projects/services did your company hire kesarlong.com?

Most of our clientele was based off of referrals from friends and family. Kesar Long was able to take our company to the next level by designing our website and setting us up with leads and that brought out higher volume calls to the business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We didn't have much experience in web designs and we were referred by many to give Kesar a try. He was very knowledgeable, affordable and explained step by step throughout the whole process with me.

We emailed him before/after pictures of our past jobs and explained the type of work we offered. He was able to take all that information and put it all together for us to finalize our website. We were very pleased at the outcome.

I know that he has a great team however, I worked directly with him and he was very professional and personable.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our business started to get a lot of exposure and we started to grow rapidly once we had our website put up. I receive notifications on how many people were clicking on our page and following through with the leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

He was very easy to communicate with. We emailed a lot and if I ever had any questions, he would always give me a call to explain whenever I had any questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the quality of their work and pleased with how the website turned out. It looked professional and the website was completed at a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe every company may have something they can work on to get better but their quality of work was very impressive and I will continue to work with Kesar and his team for future projects.
