I am the Administrator at Evelyn Health training institute, an educational institution that trains students in nursing courses.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire KARTEL TECH to accomplish for your nursing training institute?

We wanted to increase our institution's brand visibility and make it easier for people to access information about our training institute. Our goal was to put our institution on the map and allow prospective students and job applicants to find us and learn more about our offerings.

Can you describe the scope of work KARTEL TECH handled for this project? Please include the main deliverables if you can.

KARTEL TECH designed a website for us that is SEO optimized and works well on both desktop and mobile devices. They also created an online portal on the website to handle job applications and student applications.

Did KARTEL TECH also provide any ongoing support or updates after launching the website, or was their work limited to the initial design and development?

They provide constant maintenance and ongoing support. Whenever we need any changes, they respond promptly with feedback and updates.

When did your project with KARTEL TECH start and finish?

The project started in August 2023 and finished in September 2023, but support is still ongoing.

What is the team composition?

There were between 2 and 5 team members from KARTEL TECH assigned to our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from your project with KARTEL TECH that showed progress or success?

We received daily updates on the ongoing work. After about six months, we started getting more calls from people who found us online. Students were also better prepared with information before coming to the university, and the online portal made it easier for them to access what they needed.

How would you describe KARTEL TECH’s project management? Did they deliver on time?

KARTEL TECH delivered the project ahead of the agreed timeline and managed the process efficiently. We communicated via in-person meetings, email, and messages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about working with KARTEL TECH?

I was impressed by their deep understanding of technology and their expertise in website design. They offer a wide range of services beyond just web design, which allowed us to work with them on multiple needs. They are credible, trustworthy, honest, and communicate well with clients. Their pricing was affordable compared to other designers in our area, and their portfolio was superior to more expensive competitors.

Is there anything KARTEL TECH could have done better or differently during the project?

There is nothing I would have wanted them to do differently. They exceeded our expectations, and I have no complaints.
