I am the owner of a Maths tutoring platform specifically designed for children in primary school.

For what projects/services did your company hire KanhaSoft, and what were your goals?

We needed to build a backend platform to deliver our unique services. The platform needed to be developed from scratch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I spoke with 4 Web Development companies in depth and made the decision to engage with Kahnasoft for the project. The decision was based on the work Kahnasoft had delivered previously and my desire to work with a company that was trustworthy and would be committed to producing and delivering the unique product we required.

Kahnasoft was not the lowest quote we received however they were, based on my investigations into their previous works, the company I could rely on to deliver a quality outcome.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a number of meeting to discuss what needed in detail and then the project was broken down into 5 major milestones. The deliverables of each milestone were mapped out and agreed upon upfront.

Although some of this changed as we progressed, as is often the case with development of something new, we simply adjusted as required and continued on a forward trajectory. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager was our main contact with 3 other parties on the project. these included 1 Front end developer, 1 Backend developer, and a quality assurance developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site is brand new so we don't have any actual data at this point to share however the platform works perfectly as desired. As we were developing everything from scratch the team at Kahnasoft were incredibly supportive and flexible in adjusting and redeveloping when it was required, which was a huge benefit to us and our project.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Most communication was via email with video calls scheduled and made as required. At no point in time was the team ever uncontactable other than the obvious time differences in our locations. Their response to our issues was very efficient and appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a perfect working site that we can manage. they were incredible supportive and understanding when changes or adjustments needed to be made and they have been 100% committed to delivering us the solution we needed from day 1.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some of our communication was 'lost in translation' and may have caused some minor issues during the process however other than that there really is nothing negative to share about the experience.

We wanted to create a complete web solution for our needs.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a vendor who could provide comprehensive development services. We selected three firms based on reviews and interviewed them. Eventually, we chose KanhaSoft based on the merits of their proposal.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They designed and developed both the frontend customer interface and the backend admin controls.

What was the team composition?

We worked with three people from KanhaSoft. The lead project manager stayed the same and was our main contact for all day-to-day questions and concerns.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They completed the project in a timely fashion. Everything was done according to our specifications. We are considering hiring KanhaSoft on a contractual basis because of their excellent performance.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project manager was extremely responsive. We had biweekly calls to discuss the progress along with daily written communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They went above and beyond to find the right solution. Not only did they follow instructions, but they also offered great value-added solutions.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

They were quick to resolve any issues.
