This is our first site, so it's hard to relate to the results. The website generates the expected number of visits. The average time spent on our website is about 3 minutes, which is a very good result. We receive an average of about 5 leads a week from it.

It wasn't a big project. After each stage of work, we received a link to preview the progress. If necessary, we discussed issues in online meetings or over the phone.

I was then a senior digital marketing specialist at Politan (the Gosia brand is owned by Politan). I was the coordinator of this project and I created the content for this website. Gosia offers high-quality cleaning, baking and food storage products. The products are sold in many large chains around the world.

Our website (www.gosia.pl) was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. Kamil was tasked with creating it from scratch. We wanted the new website to be modern, functional, tailored to the brand's visual identity and compliant with the principles of User Experience.

I had previously worked with Kamil Mark on other websites, so I knew it would meet our expectations. Kamil Mark's projects are always at a high level.

It was not the first time we worked together, so I knew immediately what information I should provide Kamil Mark at the start of the project. We discussed the layout of the website and the content of individual subpages. I said what elements it must necessarily contain. Kamil Mark advised us on several technical and practical issues.

After about a week I got my first previews. We discussed it in an online meeting, made some minor changes and moved on to the coding stage. At that time, I was responsible for creating content and descriptions for products. In the next stage, we met online to discuss the effects of the draft version of the website. Kamil surprised me by adding innovative solutions important for User Experience. My boss was also impressed.

Then it's time to fine-tune the details and add text and graphics to the website. Cooperation in this field with Kamil Mark was, as usual, efficient and pleasant. Then our IT department joined the work and together they took care of the launch of the website. Finally, after a few weeks of work, we could enjoy the new design of our website. It was possible thanks to cooperation with Kamil Mark.

Our website is more user-friendly now. It looks much better than before. We have seen an increase in page views. Users spend more time on the website and visit on average as many as 8 subpages.

We received a recommendation from a person we know. After that we looked at the existing work of Kamil and were impressed by the quality of his previous designs. Because of the recommendation we felt that he is trustworthy, and because of previous websites he authored, we knew he can design a website fitting our needs.

Some time after talking out our needs, we received a couple of initial designs to choose from. After some discussion we arrived at a design that would suit us the best, during the process Kamil advised us which of the choices would be well received by the users of our website. During development Kamil noticed that our logo is outdated, and even though it was not initially planned, he proposed some modernized logo designs, that we could choose from or resign from changing the logo altogether.

Since the proposition was good, we happily accepted. Near finish of the project Kamil proposed a server provider we could use for the website, and after we accepted he handled the whole process of deployment.
