Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director of a law firm called Aditya Himalyan Company.

What challenge were you trying to address with KALIKA DIGITAL HUB?

We wanted to build a website and application. Our goal was to generate and convert leads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After discussing our requirements with KALIKA DIGITAL HUB, they proceeded with the work. They helped us develop a website and added a payment gateway to it. They also built an application that allowed us to better manage our meetings with clients.

At the moment, KALIKA DIGITAL HUB is helping us integrate an e-commerce feature into our platform, which would allow us to sell our products. They also manage our site’s SEO on a monthly basis, create Google Ads campaigns, and help implement any modifications or enhancements to our platform.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with KALIKA DIGITAL HUB in January 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

KALIKA DIGITAL HUB has been doing a great job for us. Since working with them, we’ve managed to attract more customers through our platform, resulting in an increase in our sales and revenue. Moreover, our customer satisfaction has improved due to the user-friendly design of our app.

How did KALIKA DIGITAL HUB perform from a project management standpoint?

Their timeliness is great. Whenever we need to make changes to our platform, they would finish it within 2–4 days. Also, their team always informs us whenever there’s an issue or a delay in delivery and sends weekly reports to keep us updated on the progress.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that KALIKA DIGITAL HUB could improve on. Overall, I’ve been having a great experience working with them.
