I am the owner of a custom cabinet and woodworking company. we do a wide range of projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Justingenious?

Our company needed a website/logo design and hosting. We also wanted someone that could manage this for us as well. Such as updating it with current projects or keeping our website looking fresh and current with the times. they have also created documents for us to use with emails and other submittals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The thing that stood out the most was the personal touch and the feeling that our project was important!

At the begging of our project, we had a few meetings about what we were looking for. After that we received a few options and ended up where we are at now. at this present point in time, we are comfortable and pleased with the work they do, that they have free range on the design and options. they know what we want and do it every time. Thats a great thing to have in people you work with. no worries and can focus on what we do!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with the owner on my project and that hasnt change from each year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything that they have done has help in some way. having a website to show customers is just part of being in business and without that.... well might be a lot more challenging. having documents with your branding help show what you are wanting to do ana achieve.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between us has been seamless never had an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provide their personal touch and the feeling that our project is important!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything went smoothly and they handled my pickiness on the design.
