We needed help with administration, ensuring jobs got done for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mainly, they provided SEO services and digital marketing services for our clients, but they also did website development and mobile optimization. They’re in charge of design and development when one of our clients needs a change made to their site or a new site in general.

What is the team composition?

I’ve mainly been dealing with one SEO resource.

How did you come to work with JSP Infotech?

They were recommended by one of our colleagues. With any company, I give them a request and see what they do with it, and JSP Infotech got back to me promptly. Other companies wouldn’t do that. I felt that they wanted to help us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $150,000 AUD (approximately $115,400 USD) annually.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All I have is fantastic feedback. They respond quickly to everyone. When they send us a design, they send us a few options and let us choose. The client is empowered with them. I’ll give them above five stars for everything. Our clients have seen a lot of returns on JSP’s SEO work as well.

How did JSP Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

We have very good communication over a Basecamp platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they communicate is great. It’s very hard to find someone who’s able to communicate and get the work done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I’m very specific in the way I work, and they’re absolutely amazing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Expect them to assist you with whatever requests you have. The best thing to do is work as a team. They’ll do whatever you need to make your client happy.

I'm the director and project manager of Whizz Infotech. We’re based in Ballarat, which is located in Victoria State in Australia. We offer web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing services.

We engaged JSP Infotech to be our outsource partners, specifically in helping us produce demo works for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They assist us in our software development and digital marketing efforts. They perform programming and backend work, and they use Jira, Basecamp, and Asana. Our focus is on getting clients so that they can tackle more projects. We also deal with budget planning. Currently, they’re finishing some software development projects, and we continue to assign them to new projects.

What is the team composition?

I interact with their project manager and team leader all the time, but I’m not sure how many people they have that are working in the background.

How did you come to work with JSP Infotech?

I found them online. One of my friends also worked with them a long time ago. When I gave them a few projects, and they did well, we decided to work with them.

We’ve spent roughly $100,000.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and it's still ongoing. We’ve been working with them for over two years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I like working with JSP Infotech because of their timeliness and highly vetted resources. In connection with that, they’re also easy to manage; they know what we want, and they produce high-quality work. More importantly, they’re able to adjust if we have a low budget.

How did JSP Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate using Zoom. We also utilize email, Basecamp, and Asana.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have good timing and experience, so it’s easy for us to know what to give them. Above all, they understand us very well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, so far everything is fine from my end. They’re really good.

Any advice for potential customers?

JSP Infotech is a good company with great people. They have excellent teamwork and their environment is good.
