I’m the decision-maker of Divine Plant Lady. We sell plants, herbal grinders, and crystals.

What challenge were you trying to address with Jonathan Almawi?

In my quest to build an online community, I wanted an attractive website that could provide additional income through an e-commerce platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jonathan (Principal) developed and designed my e-commerce website using Webflow. I provided him with ideas, and he applied them. He integrated Stripe and Paypal for payment management.

I worked with Jonathan.

How did you come to work with Jonathan Almawi?

I found him on Twitter. I typed in some buzz words of what I wanted from a provider, Jonathan’s profile came up, and I was guided to give him a shot — the rest has been magic.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $5,300.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January—February 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The engagement with Jonathan was a success; this was a project we started from scratch, so just going into the site and seeing that it exists is a success. It was an ambitious project. My desired launch date was within a month of starting development; it was a lot of work, and he did it.

Moreover, the quality of Jonathan’s work was great value for money. Some of the most beneficial aspects of our partnership were his willingness and his accessibility. He worked quickly and always made my site feel like a priority. 

How did Jonathan Almawi perform from a project management standpoint?

Jonathan was excellent at project management; I have no complaints. We collaborated through MarkUp, where I would leave my feedback. Meanwhile, we handled our quick communication through text messages and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how much care Jonathan showed. He invested wholly, and I could tell my success was his success. His work went beyond wanting a check — he wanted to see our project come to life.

Additionally, Jonathan was highly effective at communicating and did a good job of being informative. If he maintains this level of communication with future clients, it’ll take him places. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t think he needed to do anything differently.

Be very direct, so he can deliver what you want — Jonathan will appreciate that.
