For our Inbound Customer Care Solutions Services, we start with a minimum of 10 seats. Clients may scale from that point if and when they are ready. We also start our service with a 3 month pilot period, which can be extended to a further 3 months pilot period. This is designed for you, the client, to monitor, evaluate, and determine whether Johnson3 Global is a good match for your business.
All long-term contracts starts from 12 months to 60 months after the pilot period.
We also have a fee lock-in contract period of 24 months, which includes the 3 month pilot period without the pilot extention. This means, without a 30 day cancellation notice period prior to the pilot end period, the service automatically continues into the long-term price lock-in 24 month period.
