Scope of Work:

The project involved a complete redesign and rebuild of Tessuti Fabrics' Shopify online store. The focus was on modernising the design, significantly improving the mobile shopping experience, enhancing product discovery, increasing conversions, and making the site easier for the Tessuti team to manage. The process included strategy, UX planning, custom Shopify development, and performance optimisation.

The finished website delivered the following results: traffic increased by 12%, while sales rose by 8% compared to the same period last year, especially the mobile sales. 

We can now see a cleaner, more contemporary brand presentation, a substantially improved user experience on desktop and mobile, better customer flow through to checkout.

Overall, this was more than a visual refresh—it was a strategic ecommerce redesign focused on usability, performance, conversion optimisation, and long-term maintainability.

What challenge were you trying to address with Jiyweb?

We needed help designing and developing one of our travel websites, including travel bookings, hotel bookings, experience listings, and related features.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Jimmyweb has exceeded our expectations. From the initial planning stages through the final launch, the team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Jimmyweb has taken the time to understand our business needs and delivered a modern, user-friendly website that reflects our brand and functions exactly as we want. Our Google Analytics shows that the number of visitors to the website has increased a lot since the new site was launched, thanks to the fully functional, modern, and responsive website that Jiyweb has delivered. Over the past 12 months, other tourism websites have been losing traffic due to AI overviews, while our site has seen marginal growth of around 5%. We’ve also seen immediate improvements in UX, with easier navigation and a clearer presentation of our services. We’ve noticed an increase in our affiliate bookings via our site, with hotel bookings increasing by 5% and tour bookings increasing by 3%.
