The ask was to develop a website where the design and content was supplied by us. 
It needed to be platform agnostic and the turn around time was very short.

They delivered on time and fixed all and any issues as it happened quickly and efficiently.

Every milestone was met and project was delivered on time. They managed every issue quickly and with ease.

The communication was also clear and the needs understood and met.

Speed, agility and understanding of attention to detail. The ease of communication, requirements and changes were also clearly set and delivered upon above expectations.

Not that I can think of.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was done in 2 parts, first was the design phase to ensure that we were seeing the project the same way and to iron out as many forseeable obstacles as possible. The second phase was development, which was also broken down into several small milestones to ensure that each step was as close to perfect before moving on to the next. The final milestone was to go over any gaps or changes necessary to make sure that the site is working optimally.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Still in the testing phase at the moment, but a lot of positive feedback so far from potential users.

They were timely and more importantly accomodating and communicative with every step of the process. I appreciate the transparency that was displayed, and the communication from the Jidat IT team, especially Faizan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Again, in a long and complex project, there is plenty of room to miscommunicate and to end up on different pages. Jidat IT was able to avoid either of this issues by constant communication and transparency. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Jidat IT could have done differently?

No, in working with a business it does take time to learn how each other works and that goes both ways. I am sure in the future we will be able to build upon the relationship that we started with this first project to only get better.
