JetRuby stepped into the fire with us, mid-concept, and treated our product like their own. They helped us refactor our entire agent orchestration system, rewrote our task runner in a way that could handle parallel workflows with dynamic priorities, and built a new doc context layer that allowed agents to “think” with reference to actual user data in real time.

Deliverables spanned from:

A custom-designed chat interface with streaming, interrupt, and memory-awareness features.

An in-house semantic search engine using embeddings, tied to our own vector database (we started with Pinecone, moved to a self-hosted solution JetRuby helped with that transition too).

A smart task orchestration engine with built-in error recovery and auto-refinement routines.

A fully restructured agent framework our agents now operate like microservices, communicating via a central protocol JetRuby designed.

They also cleaned up our CI/CD, and set up a test suite with proper coverage for both backend logic and key UI flows (we’d been limping along with manual QA until then).

It wasn’t a narrow engagement. JetRuby came in and took ownership of a big chunk of our backend environment. They migrated us to a cloud setup that could breathe under pressure, automated our deployment process (which had way too many manual steps), set up proactive monitoring, and also layered in security protections we didn’t even know we were missing. They even helped standardize some of our dev tools and internal ops flows. The deliverables weren’t just technical there was a visible shift in how our team could focus again, knowing the infrastructure wouldn’t fall apart on a Tuesday morning.
