I am the Founder of the company and we are in the consulting space working with clients globally. We provide project skills remotely and our aim is to disrupt the recruitment space.

Our goal was to develop a website that would build trust. We needed a partner that would guide us on the best design, look, and simplicity was important to us

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected the vendor based on work they have done and we reviewed a few sites from multiple vendors. Deciding factor was their approach to Stakeholder Management - friendly, concise, and built trust quickly.

The project started in the idea phase which was important to us so we could best describe what we wanted. Soon we were executing and we got weekly feedback and sharing to ensure we were all on the right page. Once there was a handover, we found them patient and supportive when going live!

We were privileged enough to work with the CEO and he remained our account manager from start to finish. It was helpful because there were fewer misunderstandings during our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project goal was to create a new way of partnering with borderless talent and we achieved that goal. Our success factor was in how we present our project partners to clients!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our Head of Projects and the CEO had weekly conversations and with that, we were able to always be concise and clear on both sides where we were on the project. We used Monday dot com for weekly updates!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The guidance on optimization and best design to build trust. Their weekly communication and focus on the purpose of what we want to achieve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe investing in a project tool so clients can see progress.

I’m not that IT savvy. I get a list every day and I inform my staff to follow up with it.

Jemmy Digital produced creative work and got to know my customer base, including which customers to target. Overall, they did a good job, and I will continue working with them. They’re always helping me in new directions regarding social media and digital marketing. They keep me posted on all the new stuff. I’m happy with their suggestions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any complaints. My sales are growing every day!

You need to more budget to get the maximum effect from the digital marketing. Don’t be too stingy.

Our existing website was outdated and lacked of maintenance. Furthermore, we are lack of resources and specialty to re-design the website. We need an experience and creative service provider to assist us to create a brand new webpage for our corporate exercise.

With limited resources and time, Jemmy Digital able to come out a first draft of the website, which amazed us in first glance. Subsequently, they also assist us to further touch up some minor amendment on the content of the website, with their professional advice.

Overall I had only deal with Eric himself.

The top management were quite impressed with the first draft, only with some minor comments.
