The work consisted of two workstreams: 

1. Backend component development: For backend development, the Jellyfish resource helped to design, architect, and lead a small team on the implementation of a core system component that involved dynamic scaling, complex browser automation, and complex session state management. 
2. QA activities for our web applications: For QA, the Jellyfish resource augmented our QA team to support testing activities for new web application releases.
