We found them through a referral and were comparing them against 2 other companies. We selected them after speaking to the team and seeing their previous experience working on parking solutions

We first did a 4 week discovery phase to create a scope of work and mockups to estimate the timeline and cost. Then we released the MVP in 8 months and launched it to the market. We used Java for development.

They are some times understaffed.

We hired them for developing an app. Our goals where to develop the application as fast as possible. Jafton was able to deliver the prototype in a short period of time.

I am not sure what technologies were used since I am in technology but everything works. The first steps were that we first signed a small contract for a few thousand and it was called a discovery session where they did research on how much would it cost them to develop it. Then we signed a contract for full development. We have calls every week where project manager share what they accomplished.

Currently, they provided me with one project manager, one designer and two developers

After they started to work on my product the prototype was ready in about 3 months and I was able to launch it. Also, they complementary developed a Telegram bot. Today we have over 45k people who use that bit

CEO and COO are responsible for their work. I had an intense ones when project manager had some difficulties and he missed the deadline. Their CEO and COO invited me on the call with them and they assured me that everything still goes well.

We hired Jafton developers to help us develop a constructor on no code that lets you build your own landing pages

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for New York based IT services company and found Jafton. Jafton had good reviews on google, clutch, and other review sites.

They provided 2 mid and 1 senior developer. We provide landing pages for our customers. With our project manager and Jaftons, developers were able to complete the projects. Currently, we have 5 mid and 2 senior developers from Jafton.

First, we got to meet with Sam in New York and went over in detail exactly how Jafton will help us. After a couple of meetings, we signed a contract.

Because of Jafton augmentation services, we managed to keep and sell more contracts

Their developers worked under our project manager. Overall, the workflow wasn't interrupted.

I liked that Jafton was clear with their developers and didn't hide anything.

From my perspective, everything has been done smoothly and I don't have anything to complain about.

I’m the CEO of a startup dating platform that’s specifically focused on dog owners.

We needed someone to develop our app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the app development process by initially discussing our requirements and the scope of work. They then proposed their idea and started implementing features similar to Tinder, with an additional focus on dog owners.

JAFTON is currently building the app from scratch for the Android platform.

I mainly work with Sam (Co-Founder) and a project manager.

We came across their company through Google.

So far, we’ve invested about $90,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still working on the app, but we actually have a functioning prototype now so the development is coming along well — the team has been excellent at mitigating issues and minimizing bugs and crashes.

How did JAFTON perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management perspective, as they’re able to adhere to the timelines and budget.

We mainly use Slack as our main communication tool to keep track of the progress of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out for me is their design and conceptualization process.

I don’t have any constructive criticism for their work.

I would advise you to come up with a clear idea of what you want out of the partnership.

We were building a custom dating app with social media elements and video chat. The project was really big and needed special expertise in product development and social media design.

I was recommended to them by a friend who completed a project and successfully built a big tech business.

We built web, iOS, and Android versions. They used flutter to build cross-platform and used Kotlin and Swift to add native components for video conference, widgets, and camera. Some of the unique features included event discovery, reservations, and reviews and rating features for experiences discovered through the app.

We had a project manager assigned who managed a team of 2 back end developers, 1 front end, a designer, and 2 mobile developers and communicated time to time with the designer

In 5 months of development, we launched all 3 platforms and got 3,850 daily users within the first month of launch.

I loved their open-door policy where, even though my main point of contact was the project manager, I could talk to anyone from the designers or even the CEO on the Slack channel.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part was that they come from the startup background themselves and know how to launch and scale the product and not only develop it with good quality. They gave me advice on how to make the project successful as a business based on their own experience.

I can't think of anything they could have done better. I could not have wished for a better partner in this project!
