Jacobs Development BV is a Netherlands-based development studio that builds custom web and mobile applications, dashboards, and websites for startups, SMEs, established brands, and local governments. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in The Hague, our team of three full-time developers and designers, supported by a trusted freelance network, has delivered over 35 projects across logistics, e-commerce, education, mediation, and professional services.
Our core focus is full-stack application development. Using Flutter and FlutterFlow alongside Firebase, Google Cloud, and modern APIs, we build fast, scalable, cross-platform applications that run on iOS, Android, and web from a single codebase. This approach cuts development time, lowers costs, and delivers a consistent user experience across every device. From internal tools and admin dashboards to consumer-facing apps and complex platforms with real-time data, secure authentication, and third-party integrations, we design solutions that streamline operations and grow with the business. Clients have reported productivity gains of 20 to 70 percent after replacing manual processes with our custom tools.
Recent application work includes the EasyStall returns management platform with Bol.com API integration, the Van Express track-and-trace dashboard with a dedicated driver app, and the Dutch Incorporation Services portal for managing company registrations.
Alongside our application work, we design and build high-performance websites and webshops in Webflow, with custom UI/UX, GDPR compliance, SEO optimization, and Stripe or Mollie payment integration. We also offer branding, AI automations, and green hosting, giving clients an end-to-end partner under one roof.
