Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a co-founder and COO of Panem Digital Agency. We offer a range of services including SEO, web analytics consulting, SEO website audit and PPC marketing. We are located in Lviv, Ukraine and we work worldwide: most of our customers are companies from the USA and European countries.

How did you select IVVYSOFT and what were the deciding factors?

I found them through a recommendation.

We had a meeting, and discussed what we wanted to achieve. From there, we initiated the operation. We kept in touch in the course of the entire project as they built each page. They showed me the layouts for revisions, once those were approved they began building and integrating everything needed.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team included a project manager, front- and backend developers, an automated tester, and designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The quality of their work was exactly what we were looking for. We got a functional, mobile-optimized, and easy-to-navigate website.

Everything went smooth. They responded quickly and were always ready to explain the process and justify their choices. We arranged a video chat with shared screens a couple of times, so that they were able to demonstrate what they were talking about.
