I am director at oprations @ EdensWorks, Inc. We offer full service online marketing and web development services to a range of small to medium sized businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ivory Web Studio?

We've hired Ivory Web Dev for 5 Wordpress website design + builds for various small business clients as well as various other design and website updates.

What were your goals for this project?

To build modern Wordpress websites that gave our clients a better presence online increasing their leads/conversions/visibility.

How did you select this vendor?

We had initially hired Ivory Web Dev among a few other vendors to design some website templates. Alex showed he had superior design sensibility and he was very easy to communicate and quick to make necessary revisions. For ongoing projects, Ivory Web Dev has shown an aptitude for handling custom development requests and keeping up with new web design and development standards.

Describe the project in detail.

Each project is unique, but most start out with Ivory Web Dev submitting design templates for homepage and key interior pages based on input we provide regarding design aesthetics and features. These template mockups are approved by us and our client, and then Ivory Web Dev builds a custom theme in Wordpress. We test and refine functionality and design with Ivory Web Dev until the site is ready to go live. Occasional bugs and revisions are made afterward based on client and our feedback to make sure the site is performing to a high standard. Design and build can take 6-8 weeks.

What was the team composition?

The team is composed of myself as account and project manager, our client, and Ivory Web Dev providing subcontracting services for the design and development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our partnership with Ivory Web Dev has allowed us to give every clients outstanding results for a reasonable price. All clients have seen at least a 50% increase in visits or conversions. One home builder client had never received any leads from their website and now regularly receives most of their leads online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow has been very easy and straightforward. We utilize Skype and Dropbox mainly, and Ivory Web Dev has been very accommodating working with any app I've requested (Dropbox, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch).

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I've been very impressed with this company's evolution and maturity as a custom WordPress development company. Their skills are always improving, and they are always open to new challenges and requests.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have no real criticisms for Ivory Web Dev. Occasionally, there is some minor miscommunication on a project, but Alex has always been professional and responsive in resolving any issues.
