Our Story

ITHACA Tech was founded in Athens in 2023 to give small and mid-sized businesses the IT and security leadership usually reserved for large companies. We focus on Microsoft 365: we license it, migrate to it, secure it and run it day to day. Our founder serves as CIO/CISO for an energy-sector company and is an ISO 27001:2022 certified internal auditor, so every project starts from security and compliance, not as an afterthought.

We start with a short call and a review of your current Microsoft 365 setup, then send a written scope with fixed deliverables. Most work is done remotely through named, least-privilege admin accounts, so we do not depend on long screen-sharing sessions; we come on site in the Athens area when needed. You get one point of contact, a written status update during projects and a monthly report for managed services.

Yes. We work in English and Greek and support international companies with teams or offices in Greece, as well as clients elsewhere in Europe, fully remotely. Microsoft 365 work rarely needs anyone on site.
